For us, construction is a craft. There is nothing quite like seeing a project come together and knowing every decision contributed to a finished home that works.
Pointe Construction Inc. was founded in 2023 by Daniel and his dad, Jeremy, as a father-and-son, family-run company.
It started as a chance for Daniel to learn from Jeremy’s 30+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, but it didn’t take long for the company to grow into much more than that.
Since then, Daniel and Jeremy have worked closely with Old State Construction and taken on a wide range of projects, from new builds and additions to whole-home renovations, exterior work, and mechanical systems.
What they enjoy most is the building itself — taking an idea, working through the details, and watching everything come together. There’s something rewarding about seeing a project go from the early stages to a finished space that looks and feels right.
Pointe is still a small, hands-on company, and that’s intentional. Daniel and Jeremy stay close to the work and the decisions because they genuinely care about how each project turns out. The goal has never been to do as much work as possible. It’s to do good work, pay attention to the details, and build something they’re proud to put their name on.
Looking ahead, Pointe plans to focus more on custom homes and turnkey projects while keeping that same level of involvement and care. If that means building only one or two homes a year so each project gets the attention it deserves, that’s perfectly fine.
For Pointe, quality will always matter more than quantity.
